Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Dine Savvy application and website (the “Service”) operated by Dine Savvy LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Dine Savvy provides an AI-powered dining discovery platform for consumers and a loyalty/marketing platform for restaurant merchants. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
Nudges are limited-time promotional offers provided by Dine Savvy or participating merchants. Availability, terms, and quantities of Nudges are subject to change without notice. Dine Savvy reserves the right to modify or cancel any Nudge at any time.
Merchants using the Dine Savvy platform agree to honor all accepted Nudges and promotions. Merchant accounts are subject to additional terms outlined in the Merchant Agreement provided upon registration.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dine Savvy LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
In no event shall Dine Savvy LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
